C. On up Widcombe Hill, second left into The Tyning R
D. A little diversion to Tyning End
E. Down the hill to Horseshoe Walk, then either retrace your steps or take the scenic route along the Canal Towpath
F. Along the flat (Prior Park Road) to Bewdley House
G. It’s a very steep climb via Lyncombe Vale and Rosemount Lane to Rosemount Farm!* R
H. Stroll down Lyncombe Hill to Priory Coach House* W
I. Onwards and downwards to Alexandra Road
J. Then round to Alton Place
K. A welcome refreshment stop at St Mark’s Road (Sunday only) R
L. Number 7 Widcombe Parade, Flamingo
M. And then The Ring O’Bells – a great place to end the trail, perhaps with a glass of something celebratory or restorative! W

The nearest large car parks are at Southgate, Avon Street, and the Cricket Ground. Widcombe has various on-street parking possibilities and a small car park behind the Baptists’, accessed off Rossiter Road. Parking is not restricted on Sundays. There is unrestricted parking on Perrymead and on Widcombe Hill above Tyning End.
